Why don't all of those

I am as concerned about
the economic situation as anyone else, but I would like to challenge you
to think about what you’re doing to protect yourself and your family from
participating in the fiasco! What can you do to increase your income and
reducing your debt? Avoid spending money you could save for your peace
of mind.
I don’t believe that
anyone has to be poor or have to struggle in life. Often think we
know what’s best for us, and then we get disappointed when life doesn’t
turn out exactly what we thought we wanted. Then surprisingly, what does
happen turns out for the best.
What would happen if
we had to learn to accept what is and appreciate it for the experience
that it brings us? Can you see how much more simple your life would be
if you approached every day as an adventure? Think of the amazement and
discovery you could have every day of your life. No really, just imagine
it! Wouldn’t that be better than being stressed out, angry, fearful and
disappointed?
Guess what, it’s your
choice!

I am enjoying the new
views! I look out my friend Ginger’s office window and tonight there was
the most beautiful sunset as I sat down to write this. I love to take time
out to appreciate the simple things. The view of the Bay towards Sausalito,
the sound of the train, which I haven’t heard since I lived in Long Beach
in the early 70s, and finding out where all the stores are!
And then, I’m getting
ready to move again in another week! I’m going back to my own neighborhood
and will be spending the next three months tying up loose ends and getting
ready for the big move to Belize!
I’ve been doing a singles
teleseminar every day for the month with my partner Bill Ellingsworth and
it’s been an amazing experience. I’ve had a chance to meet the most amazing
authors, talk show hosts and consultants. We’ve heard every opinion about
every dating topic there is and if you’d like to hear a bit about them
you can download this link. SinglesSpotlight
The exercise has taken
me to a new level of understanding and communication skills that will always
come in handy.

This is the week of the
first move! Am I nuts! You bet! Planning two moves in one month and three
moves in three months! You’d have to understand how the Scorpio mind works!
I’m not sure I do, but at the time, it made sense! I compartmentalize my
decisions. I need to get ready to make a major move out of the Bay Area
after living here for 30 years! Well, this is a bit overwhelming so I decided
to approach it in stages.
And I was amazed! It
took 5 days to sold all my furniture and have it picked up! I sold a desk
that I had been trying to sell for more than six months! The first person
who called bought it and picked it up the next day. One person would call,
show up and pick up the furniture right away!
Why is that so amazing?
Have you had a plan and nothing goes as you planned? Can you imagine having
a thought and having everything you need just show up? That’s what it has
been like! I have put my trust in the process and believe that whatever
I need will show up and whatever happens is for my own benefit!
The stress that we feel
is made up from expecting one thing to take place and having something
entirely different take place. Have you ever thought that what happens
is a divine plan? Have you ever considered that there is a reason for absolutely
everything that takes place?
Why not enjoy the moment
and stop believing that you have control over the Universe!

I am in the midst of
the first stage of the next chapter in my life. I got up yesterday morning,
listed all my furniture on Craig’s list and decided it was time to begin
my exodus from the Bay Area.
I am so excited about
the possibilities! Life is what we make of it. I choose to look at life
as an adventure and keep my eyes wide open to every opportunity. It’s one
of the main reasons that I have been able to challenge each of the aspects
of my life that weren’t working.
What would you do and
how would you do it, if you hadn’t anything holding you back, what would
you change in your life? Are your relationships all working well for you?
Do you look forward to going home? Is what you’re doing to earn your income
something that you’re proud of? Can you jump out of bed on Monday mornings
as anxious to get to work as you are for Friday evening to arrive? Is your
health all that it can be? Who couldn’t afford to loose ten or twenty pounds,
right? Well what could you do to improve your health? If it’s not loosing
a few pounds, is your energy as intact at 5 pm as it is mid-morning? Do
you wake up after a great night, fully rested?
What can you do about
it if you are not happy with each of those aspects? Take a few minutes
each week to plan out the steps that you can take, where do you want to
be next year at this time? Would you have the same job, house and friends?
If not, get started, now!
